Had large and modern looking room for a nice stay for a quick visit. Hypoallergenic pillows, very clean bed. Magnificent very central location, near shops and restaurants as well as the centre of the city.

I stayed in this perfect hotel for 2 days, had really lovely experience, thoroughly enjoyed its favourable location not far from supermarket and the city centre and a near coffee shop. The staff were superbly friendly and pretty friendly and check-in was early.

Conveniently close to the train station, this place has a prime location that can't be beaten. the historic center nearby is a must-visit and full of charm to discover. 🚂

We stayed in a quadruple room which was silent and modern. It was in a magnificent location with a distinguished monument nearby. There were a shopping street and a market around the hotel.

Freshly made food with a good variety on the menu 😋. the room was super clean and the location was right in the middle of everything.

the staff was very accommodating! the location was perfect, a 2 min walk from the SMN and the bus stop that goes to the outlets. we walked everywhere from this hotel. we had a small problem with the aircon that really didn't bother us but the staff made sure it was fixed right away and they even gave us a bottle of wine when we left to compensate even if it was not necessary at all! we loved this hotel! it was very homey and the design was beautiful.

The staff were fantasitc, they were all so friendly and willing to help with any questions/requests we had. We received a welcome pack of biscuits and drinks on arrival and a bottle of wine at departure. The location was right opposite the train station which is right in the centre of town and very easy to find.

I had a great time during my short stay at B&B La Residenza Dell'Orafo. the location was super convenient, making it easy to explore the nearby restaurants and cafes. There were so many food options just a short walk away from the hotel, which was fantastic. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience overall.

The location was great, right near everything and easy to walk to. The room was beautiful and very large (which is rare in Italy especially a city). When we arrived we were greeted by the owner and she was lovely. She gave us all the information we needed and arranged our car to be parked. She evan helped us with the bags. The large room was spacious and crisp looking. We has drinks, fresh fruit and pastries provided to us when we arrived, which was a nice touch. The owners son provided us with some good recommendations for dinner. Breakfast was at a near by cafe and the choices were varied and the food and service was V.good. Would definitely stay here when we return to Florence.

The staff was respectful and always on hand. I appreciated the modern decor of my small double room that I booked online. It was convenient to have coffee and tea making facilities along with glassware. the location of the hotel was outstanding, situated at a moderate distance from a medieval cathedral. the presence of a lovely restaurant, shopping streets, and a market nearby added to the overall experience.

There are not enough adjectives to describe how perfect our stay was. The hotel is located a few feet from the train station, but in a very private and quite building. It is a short walking distance from all of the major sites. The room was spotless. The host was more than gracious and absolutely helpful. We got far more than we expected. Great price, great location, perfect stay. Wish I could keep this a secret for myself.

The staff at La Residenza Dell'Orafo was amazing! They are so helpful and nothing is too difficult for them to handle. Upon arrival, we were served welcome snacks and drinks in our room which was lovely. Our room was beautiful and cosy as well. It is so close to the train station and only 3 mins walk to San Lorenzo market. There were many good restaurants around, so you would never need to venture too far out.
